California High School Football – Fontana nudged by Arlington

In Friday’s non-league game, the Arlington Lions (Riverside, CA) football team edged the host Fontana Steelers (Fontana, CA), by a tally of 27-21.

In their next game, the Lions battle the Segerstrom Jaguars (Santa Ana, CA) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 11. Arlington will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Jaguars enter the game with a 1-2 record after their 27-21 non-league loss to Barstow (Barstow, CA).

The Steelers (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Miller (Fontana, CA). The Rebels enter the non-league game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Miller was edged by Corona (Corona, CA), 42-8, in a non-league game.
