All players must complete the required clearance steps before fully participating in
Fontana High School Football activities. Please complete all items by
June 2.

School Physical
A school physical will be available on June 1 at 9:00 AM.
Cost is $20 cash.
Team Communication
- HUDL: Players must sign up for HUDL. See Coach Gonzales for access.
- SportsYou: Players and families should sign up for SportsYou for team communication.

Scrum Cap
All clothing and cleats should reflect school colors:
maroon, white, gray, or black.
Please do not wear colors outside of our school colors.
Attendance & Academic Expectations
- Attendance is mandatory for all team events. Attendance is taken daily and counts toward each player’s GRIT Score.
- Players must maintain a minimum of 85% attendance. Failure to do so may result in removal from the team.
- Grades will be checked weekly. D’s, F’s, and missing assignments will be addressed.
- Falling below a 2.0 GPA may result in loss of playing time.
- Falling below a 1.0 GPA may result in removal from the team.
Practice Pick-Up
Players are usually released 10–15 minutes after practice ends.
Please plan pick-up accordingly.
